Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging.
• It must include all accessories and components that came in the box.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Products Not Eligible for Return

• Products used or damaged by the customer.
• Products without original packaging.
• Sale or clearance items (unless factory defective).

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us by email with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 1-3 business days with instructions.
3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a factory defect.
